Okay, let’s go! As part of the SEGA Pass DLC, Super Monkey Ball Banana Rumble will welcome crazy taxi driver Axel from the roster as a playable character! Super Monkey Ball Banana Rumble launches exclusively for the Nintendo Switch family of systems on June 25, 2024.
Race and roll with Axel as he joins AiAi and friends, causing chaos along the way! Axel will be playable in Adventure Mode and Battle Mode, with different stats to help him on the courses. Plus, just for Axel, all bananas in the game will switch to coins as a nod to the franchise so you can earn some crazy cash.
Fans who purchase Super Monkey Ball Banana Rumble Digital Deluxe Edition at Nintendo eShop for £59.99 you’ll get both the standard edition of the game and the SEGA Pass, which includes a total of six additional game characters – Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Axel and an additional game character – from iconic SEGA franchises, along with a set of 15 bonus SEGA themed character customization items.
The SEGA Pass will also be available as a separate purchase for £22.49, so those who pick up the Digital Deluxe Edition will save on the bundle! Individual character packs will also be available for £4.49 each. All content should be released in the coming months.
