In less than a week, on April 11, the BAFTA Game Awards will take place. This year is also the 20th anniversary of that, so BAFTA is celebrating the occasion with a player poll of the most legendary gaming characters of all time. The survey includes the engagement of 4,000 players from around the world.
Recently, the results of the poll, via the top 20 list, were published, and the results might interest you. 3 of the 20 characters are Nintendo characters, with Mario being the highest at #2. Link is at #7 and Pikachu at #12. The character in first place, however, is none other than Lara Croft from Tomb Raider. You can see the full list of the top 20 below.
