Popular card game Balatro it is for sale again on the Nintendo eShop after the game was removed from digital sales due to an unforeseen rating change. The company explained at the time that “the reaction to the overnight change of Balatro’s age rating from 3+ to 18+ by the ratings board without any prior warning was due to the mistaken belief that the game ‘contains prominent gambling images and material suggestive of gambling.’ .” The game is now available for purchase on the UK eShop, with other stores likely to follow.
