Since it was introduced in addition to the Nintendo switch, Blood: The Night Tradition greatly enhanced by multiple functional poles. Last month, for example, version 1.04 was released. It solved rigidity problems, corrected some dialogues, and improved gameplay.
Now, in a recent developer update on the Kickstarter game page, 505 Games community manager Jason Ryan explained what's coming. First of all, the purchased gas for "Roguelike" has been delivered. Here it is:
One of the extended goals of the game was Roguelike. Unfortunately, the code developed at the beginning of the game development is not currently compatible with this type of gameplay (especially the process-built castle). As a result, we regret to announce that we will not develop Roguelike as part of the project's strategic objectives.
We know this is a mode many of you have been eagerly awaiting and we apologize that we will not be able to do it as planned.
From the top, it will be replaced with a new game mode called "Randomizer" that starts alongside Zangetsu for free.
Randomizer is a news campaign you have always liked, but with a twist. Before starting the game, players can select up to eight different parameters set during play.
The "Boss Revenge" mode will follow these content updates.
Last but not least is a brief review about the switch version. Although previous updates were the last to focus solely on performance, improvements will continue to be made to make the experience as smooth as possible:
Switch players may have already seen the 1.04 update go live in January. While this was the last version of Switch focused on performance, it was not implemented to improve the platform. The transition has been a long way since its launch and we are happy with the progress it has made, but there is still much to be done (especially in the large rooms / dragon towers). We will continue to distribute enhancements and content updates to make the experience as smooth as possible
The game changer is now compatible with other platforms, meaning that future updates of all systems will be easier to manage:
Switch 1.04 brought all the platforms (PC, PS4, Xbox and switch) to & # 39; Charity Parity & # 39 ;, which is a fun way to say they all have the same thing. This has been a major milestone for the game. When all the platforms are in one place, it makes future updates easier to manage. Production teams can all work on the same content and issue updates to the schedule with short spaces between them.
