Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night was so successful that a sequel is currently in the works, 5 years after the original game was released on multiple platforms, including the Nintendo Switch. However, this does not mean that the Ritual of the Night has been forgotten. In fact, even now, the game still has official support with updates.
For example, on Bloodstained Ritual of the Night’s official social media, it was announced that the game will be updated to version 1.6 next week. Not only that, but an update is coming next week, which will mostly be for fixing bugs and crashes, for all platforms. You can see the official social media post on the matter below.
Update 1.6 on all platforms arrives on October 22 – 15:00 UTC / 16:00 BST / 17:00 CET / 8:00 PDT / 23:00 HKT / 00:01 JST (next day)
This update fixes bugs including: soft lock stores, slow loading of classic mode, and crash of Nintendo Switch Glacial Tomb.
