Europe / North America
The European and North American design is honestly pretty simple and accurate. Our wolf protagonist stands front and center, rearing up on his hind legs as if ready for action. The painterly aesthetic also extends to the monochrome background, with a blue forest contrasting with the red color of the logo. We'd be lying if we didn't find this a bit convenient.
Japan
Woof. The Japanese design takes the game's artistic sensibility and turns it up to eleven. Amaterasu is now running towards us with a flaming reflector on her back. Bright pastoral colors spread across the left half of the box, while a pink cherry blossom peeks out in the background. Surely there is more, but for God's sake, isn't it beautiful?
