We have just received new news related to Devil May Cry 3 Special Edition for Nintendo Switch, which as you know will go on sale next February 20, 2020.
From the website USGamer have shared a Interview with Matthew Walker, where he explains why he has come to Nintendo Switch
It's mainly because of design issues that can't change styles in DMC 3. While there are indispensable players who are incredible in the game, Itsuno-san felt that he needed to make the concept easier for players. In DMC 4 they added that option to change fighting styles for the first time, but part of the reason why you first play with Dante in this game as in DMC 5 is so that the player can first get into the game's combat and gameplay as Nero, and then have access to Dante with its dizzying array of options after you've been oriented.
Luckily, in DMC 3 Special Edition for Nintendo Switch, we have achieved a balance by making freestyle mode an option from the beginning. People who are not accustomed to this type of action games can start in the classic mode, then choose the freestyle mode to enjoy the game more when they feel comfortable with it.
What do you think about the statements? Do you see what Matthew Walker explains?
