At the end of last month, Netflix confirmed season four The castlegumi The animated series was happening – meaning that season three apparently did well. How, though? According to writer and producer Warren Ellis, it's been a highlight of last season.
All I can say is that the likes of season 3 were in greater order than that of season 2, and season 2 was popular enough to get season 3. It turns out that season 3 did just as well, horribly. The shows showed little attraction in season three, and were, we quote, “unusual” to see the audience actually increase in many aspects.
Though no exact figures could be revealed, for a week or two, Castlegumi's third season made it to the top of Netflix in 10 countries. Ellis added to this by saying that the show had "many, many millions" of viewers and that the numbers were enough to compete against the gaming that took place on Netflix.
Like everything else right now, views are likely to increase due to the societal isolation mechanisms that exist around the world as a result of the outbreak of coronivirus. Commenting on it, Ellis said they were "not expecting any major ancestor-related delays" in season four.
