Although 2019 was one of Nintendo's most exciting years in terms of sales, all this good news has been dispersed through ongoing regulator problems. Should you need a renewal, a lawsuit was filed with Nintendo of America in July for its Joy-Con lawsuit.
It resulted in Nintendo responding to the uproar, saying it was "aware of the latest reports" and urging anyone suffering from "driving problems" to visit their support page. In other parts of the land refunds and repairs were provided.
Now, as a result of this game, the French consumer organization has named Ninten do as one of the worst companies of 2019 and has called the switch the most humble product of the year. Of course, the biggest issue he had with the program was linked to the Joy-Con drift.
In an interview that began in November, Nintendo's US President, Doug Bowser, noted how the company handles the Joy-Con issue:
Our goal is always, always to create quality products, and products that ensure gamers are highly experienced. We are continually looking for ways to improve our products as we move forward, but ultimately we want consumers to have a positive experience. And if they do not have that program, we encourage them to contact our customer support teams and we will do our best to assist them with that. That is how we have been treating our customers for the past few months as issues have arisen like this, and we believe consumers are turning their back on the best gameplay experience.
As good as it turns out, Nintendo is supporting consumers in selected locations, unfortunately ongoing competition is a problem. With any luck, software updates can solve the problem permanently.
