Could the Master Sword shown in the trailer imply the return of the Triforce?
Despite the scenes shown so far in this long-awaited title, the plot as such is still unknown. The presence of a damaged or ruined Master Sword could mean more trouble defeating, in this case, Ganondorf, who could return.
Thus the return of the Triforce in Breath of the Wild 2 could be an option as a substitute for the Master Sword, being one of the most relevant and well-known symbols of the franchise. It should be noted that in Breath of the Wild the Triforce does not have a very relevant role, being present in the scene in which Zelda uses its divine power to defeat Ganon.
