Introducing next week on Nintendo Switch SmileBASIC 4, a editing app that lets you play and design your own games on the console.
Using its programming language & # 39; SmileBASIC & # 39 ;, the tool is said to be easy to understand for beginners. It includes a variety of tools and tools to help you get into development and, when you're done, you can upload your finished games to the server for others to check out.
The previous version of the app actually went to the 3DS a few years back – we were very impressed at the time – and this new release seems to expand on that a lot. Check out this long feature list if you're interested:
