Roguelike Darkest Dungeon II, released digitally on consoles in July, will receive a physical release on October 22. Coming packaged with a game cartridge/disc, game box and sleeve, a build-your-own stagecoach model, and a download code for the game OSTs, this physical release, managed by Skybound Games, is a treasure-packed re-release worthy of a fan’s collection.

It’s official! The physical edition of Darkest Dungeon II comes out this October.
You can now pre-order your copy for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X at select retailers.
The physical edition comes out on October 22 and comes with the following:
- Nintendo Switch game cartridge, Playstation 5 or Xbox Series X disc
- An intricate papercraft stagecoach model that you can make yourself
- Redeem code for Darkest Dungeon II’s haunting soundtrack by composer Stuart Chatwood
Pre-orders are now open; US retailer Best Buy currently has it for $39.99.
To celebrate the announcement of the release of the physicail, Red Hook Studios has released a new teaser trailer on YouTube. It can be seen below, but be careful if you’ve yet to play the game, as some late-game bosses are seen throughout the trailer.
