If the Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door remake isn’t available in your time zone yet, then you won’t have many hours left to wait. With the game now released in some parts of the world, dataminers are now starting to look through the remake’s code to see if there’s anything interesting hidden inside.
Of course, a very interesting discovery was made. Dataminers discovered the code to handle 4K resolutions in the game. While this would technically mean the game is 4K compatible, the Nintendo Switch is apparently not. Because of this, as with all the rumors surrounding Nintendo’s next console, this data-mining revelation will only add fuel to the fire of speculation about the Switch 2.
