One more day, Toby Fox, the creator of Deltarune has offered a mini progress update via the Undertale/Deltarune newsletter after the ones offered a while back.
You can already find everything you need to know about Deltarune on the website, so be sure to check it out. This latest information update includes the following details:
Deltarune – Development Update:
- Chapter 3:
- The main content was completed a long time ago.
- The Japanese translation is under review and should be completed by early October.
- Professional testing of the PC version will begin in mid-October.
- Chapter 4:
- The main content of chapters 3 and 4 was completed on September 1st.
- The preliminary version of the translation of Chapter 4 is in progress.
- Some players have already tried Chapter 4 several times, with very good reception.
- Chapter 5:
- The team is currently focused on developing Chapter 5.
- This will be the main focus from now on.
General:
- Toby Fox has finished active work on Chapters 3 and 4, and now awaits the completion of testing and localization.
- Concept art and unused songs from the second chapter of Delta runeavailable in the newsletter. You can find the design here and the songs here.
- Finally, Undertale has also celebrated its ninth anniversary with new products, available through Fangamer.
Deltarune fans will likely be excited at the prospect of new chapters and content for the game in the near future. However, there are no confirmed dates yet, so we’ll be keeping an eye out. Be patient!
