It launches later this month on the Nintendo switchch Depixtion, a Picross-like a puzzle full of color and creativity.
Like Picross, you will be completing a series of nonogram puzzles that will take a little bit of time but will definitely take the form of various pictures once they are done. Depixtion mixes things up a bit by adding "it's never been seen color mixing with the mechanic, which creates the largest color palette in the nonogram game to date".
In fact, instead of hitting a single monochrome puzzle, you'll need to complete three different colored puzzles. When done, all three will assemble to create the final image. The developer says this gives the player "a high degree of artistic input in the final image, alongside the heightened challenge of the challenge from the puzzle itself".
Features:
– 96 Depixtion Pictures – 288 Picross Puzzles
– Size from 4 × 4, 8 × 8, 12 × 12, 16 × 16, 20 × 20, and 24 × 24
– The largest color palette in the game of Picross to date (27 different colors!)
– Handmade puzzle, solved with truth and logic
– Beginners & Advanced course. Easy to learn, hard to know!
– Auto-correction. Don't worry about any loss of progress
The game will be launched on the switch on the 28th of February and will be available for $ 7.99.
