Games as a service do not stop. Diablo III today launched its season 20 And, as usual, there are a host of new features and content.
Below is a brief description of what it includes, although you can click here to see the full patch notes in Spanish.
Season 20 is the Season of forbidden files. Many adventurers have come to know the powers that lie within the ancient nephalem artifact, the Kanai Cube. However, no one understands this power better than the Horadrim Zoltun Kall, who is as famous as he is infamous. Kall managed to understand and master the power of the Cube like no one ever had before, and harnessed that power to suck up and archive the energies of powerful objects. With Season 20, we explore the power that Kall could leave at your fingertips if his experiments aren't supervised.
During Season 20, the cubes of the Kanai cubes that allow you to equip three additional legendary powers will not be restricted to their usual categories. While a player can typically equip one power from each category: weapon, armor, and jewelry, Season 20 players can make combinations of all three! This will allow you to have two weapon powers with one of armor. Or, perhaps, you can choose to use three amulet powers. The choice is yours, and we can't wait to see how you experiment with the new configuration opportunities this generates!
