To get your nomination featured, send us your recommendations (under 100 words, full guidelines below) and we’ll feature the best of them in Part 9. We will not review these games but as always, we want to shine a light on some deserving titles that have fallen by the wayside.
If you want to know how you can participate, read the guidelines on how to send us your referrals below — be sure to go through them carefully if you want to see your entries included in the feature:
Submission Guidelines
- 100 word limit – Be short! The history of the genre and a deep dive into each mechanic is unnecessary. Concentrate on what the game is about, what makes it different from other games, and why you enjoyed it.
- One entry per game – Feel free to submit your opinion on multiple games, but no need to duplicate.
- Please select only games that we have not reviewed on the site – To check for a Nintendo Life review, simply type the name of the game into the search box at the very top of the page (look for the magnifying glass icon in the upper left corner) and click on the game page that appears. If there’s no review and it doesn’t appear in the previous Reader Recommendations feature (which will also appear on the game page if there is one), you’re good to go!
How to send a recommendation
- Go to Nintendo Life’s Contact page and select the theme “Change eShop Hidden Gems” from the drop-down menu (this is already done for you in the link above). Enter your name, e-mail and a nicely formatted message in the appropriate box, press send and Bob is your uncle!
If you have any questions about the format, feel free to ask them in the comments section below. And if you don’t feel comfortable submitting a full recommendation, you can also drop suggestions for games you’d like to see featured.
once again, we will not review these gamesbut with so many games coming to the eShop every week, we can’t wait to highlight the best of them, as always. We can’t wait to see what you recommend!
