The company specialized in analyzing the technical aspects of games and devices, Digital Foundry, has shared a video analysis offering his verdict on the overall performance of the popular DOOM Eternal for Nintendo Switch.
As many of you will know, this version was made to wait for Panic Button, who was in charge of the port, had a great challenge in regards to one of the most advanced games of the generation, with multiple effects and content running on screen at the same time.
The video analyzes in detail the general performance and changes in the port compared to the original version, and the final verdict praises the work of Panic Button for the excellent final result, called a solid conversion that is undoubtedly worth mentioning.

The title maxes out at 720p with the console on its dock and drops below 540p when heavily loaded. Compared, Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus it went down to 360p. Regarding the portable mode, the title goes between 612p and 360p. Also runs at 30 FPS most of the time
