We bring an interesting message related to one of the most outstanding games of Nintendo Switch. We are talking in this case about Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
Specifically, we have been able to learn information related to the popular content creator Ninja. Some of you may remember that in 2018 he claimed to be doing something for the Smash Bros. and fighting game community, but it was never known what it was.
Now Ninja has spoken about it in a recent meeting with the streamer Ludwigto whom he has confirmed that he had planned to add $500,000 to the Smash Bros. prize pool for EVO 2019, but Nintendo passed on it nonetheless.

That was Nintendo and not me… It is 100% absolutely true. All I wanted to do was create a massive tournament and juice up EVO with another $500,000, but I wanted to get permission from Nintendo, and they just passed me by.
