More information has surfaced from the Japanese site Famitsu about the long-awaited Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake from Square Enix. The news site says that Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake will include additional playable episodes revealing the backstory of Ortega’s journey through the game. If you haven’t played the original Dragon Quest III, Ortega is Hero’s father, and Famitsu says that these episodes will “reveal his journey and personality.” Famitsu also announced that Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake will feature some powerful new enemies, giving players an extra challenge if they want it. Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake is coming to Nintendo Switch and other formats this November.
