Ed Boon, the creator of the beloved Mortal Kombat fighting game series, has asked for fans to temper their expectations for the 30th Anniversary of Mortal Kombat. He said that he and the rest of the team are putting their focus into celebrating the gory franchise’s 30th Anniversary and that they will not be showing off the next Mortal Kombat video game which follows on from 2019’s hit game, Mortal Kombat 11. He said that the next Mortal Kombat game will be a separate from the Mortal Kombat 30th Anniversary celebrations.
