Yesterday, the rights holder Cooking Mom series – Office Create – has released an important announcement on how Cooking Mom: Cookstar it was an "unauthorized release" by the Entertainment Planet.
Now, Planet Entertainment has shared its statement, which tries to clear the "mystery" surrounding the recent release of the Nintendo switch. The US-based company says it is "within its rights" to publish the game and states that there is no active claim or restrictive decision to publish the title.

As noted, creative differences emerged as the game neared completion – which was beyond the scope of the original agreement. And according to Planet, this is probably why Office Create is unhappy. Office Create earlier said it was exploring all of its legal options compared to Planet – in order to protect its consumers, intellectual property rights, and the Cooking Mama series.
