More Nintendo Switch consoles and games were sold in the UK and across Europe in the week of 22nd November than any other week in the console’s lifespan*.

Driving hardware sales was a limited bundle including a Nintendo Switch console, a download code for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, and a three-month individual membership to Nintendo Switch Online that lets friends and families play compatible games together online, all in one package.
November 2021 also saw back-to-back record-breaking weeks for Nintendo Switch software sales in Europe. In the week of 15th November, more Nintendo Switch games were sold across Europe than any previous week in the console’s history, a record that was then further surpassed the following week.
A significant launch in November was the release of Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Pokémon Shining Pearl on 19th November, which combined sold more than six million copies globally in the first weekend on sale*.
Recent game releases on Nintendo Switch include Metroid Dread, Mario Party Superstars, WarioWare: Get It Together!, Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Pokémon Shining Pearl, and Big Brain Academy: Brain vs. Brain. Additionally, Nintendo Switch is home to a wide variety of different games for all types of players, including Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Super Mario Odyssey, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Fortnite, Minecraft and MONSTER HUNTER RISE.
