You may recall that Nintendo announced a few weeks ago that the final wave of the Fire Emblem Engage Expansion Pass would be released on April 5th. When Nintendo announces the release date of a new DLC, that date usually corresponds to Japan’s time zone, so it’s quite common for the DLC to come out the night before the announced date.
This is no exception. As promised, the 4th and final wave of Fire Emblem Engage DLC is now available. However, another common thing with DLC releases is that the release of some new DLC coincides with an update to the base game. So it’s not surprising that Nintendo has done this as well with tonight’s DLC release, which puts Fire Emblem Engage at version 2.0.0. You can see Nintendo’s announcement tweet about the DLC’s release below, as well as the official patch notes for the update.
