CyberConnect2, the developer of Fuga: Melodies of Steel 2, has revealed new details and artwork for the game. This includes Chapter 2 Story, Pause Stage, Notebook, Hero Mode, and Count Nouvellune’s character.
In Chapter 2, players will follow the tracks left by the Taranis and eventually reach a ruined port ravaged by the attack. The port is the hub of airships, which play a key role in the reconstruction of Gasco.
Count Nouvellune is a mysterious character who brings children the latest editions of Sucre’s adventures. He models his appearance after Count Nouvellune, a character from the same comic book.
During the break phase, players can interact with other children to increase their affinities with each other and use options to expand the available features. Talking to other kids or using perks will consume Action Points (AP). Children’s support effects in battle will increase along with their affinity.
The notebook contains the wishes of each child. When the wish is fulfilled, the child gets a mood boost and becomes more energetic in the fight. Characters feeling great will gradually increase their mood in battle and will eventually reach their maximum, activating hero mode.
Scenes from the game Fuga: Melodies of Steel are now available as acrylic stands. The retail acrylic stands are priced at ¥880 (tax included) for a single item and ¥7,040 (tax included) per set for the Vol. 1 to 5 (eight species per set).
Fans of Fuga: Melodies of Steel will be delighted to learn about the new features and characters that will be available in the sequel. With a July 2023 release date, they won’t have to wait long to experience the game’s exciting new features.
