Last month, we heard how Nintendo won a long legal battle with developer, Gamevice, who accused Nintendo of the US and Japan's Nintendo Co Ltd for infringing their patent on a "computer-aided and controllable gaming device".
At the time, it was thought that Gamevice would be played, but it didn't seem to be. In accordance with Bloomberg's Law
The fact that Nintendo had infringed on a patent released in August is in control of the game and is now asking the US to block all switch-ons. If the International Trade Commission agrees to investigate the matter, another legal battle may begin.
