The Nintendo Switch version of Hogwarts Legacy has been delayed for almost four months and will now launch November 14, 2023.
Originally scheduled for July 25, 2023, developer Avalanche Software says the delay was made to allow the team to create “the best possible experience.” The game was recently released on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on 5 May 2023, allowing it to top the UK box office chart again.
Originally announced back in September 2020, Hogwarts Legacy has suffered from multiple delays. It was originally expected to launch in 2021, but was pushed back to 2022 and then to February 2023. The Switch version was expected to come out later in July 2023, but this latest delay puts it almost nine months behind the console’s initial release .
