Pokémon Mysterious World: DX rescue team It was launched last March 6 exclusively for Nintendo Switch and since then the coaches are trying to recruit all the Pokémon they can for their camps and thus be able to use them later in the different dungeons of the game.
But beyond the normal Pokémon, as with the games in the main saga, one of the novelties of this installment is that we also have the possibility of getting Variocolor Pokémon (also known as shiny). Specifically we can get hold of 27 Variocolor Pokémon.
Below we explain the steps to do with them:
- When you prepare to explore a dungeon with your rescue team, sometimes you will see a yellow symbol on the map selection screen. This means that you can find a strong enemy
- If you are familiar with the Mystery World games, you will know that finding and defeating a pocket monster does not automatically mean that you can recruit. There is simply the possibility that he becomes friendly and wants to join us in our adventure, but even so, we must make sure we have previously purchased the right camp to house it (although it is also possible to do it inside the dungeon with a certain object).
- Because the enemy is not always variocolor, players must re-enter the dungeon several times to regenerate, and they may even need to repeat it several times to become friendly, although the friendship arc increases recruitment rate in a 10%
- There are two ways to get the friendship arc and both require that we have finished the main story campaign.
- The first requires completing the game, which will make a set of missions appear that instruct players to locate Pokémon Mirage. In the fourth search, we will be asked to climb Mount Faraday, and once on the 30th floor of the dungeon, a key can be used to open a door with the coveted object behind.
- The second is to go to the optional Joyous Tower dungeon, where Kecleon has the opportunity to sell you the item for 5,000CP, so make sure we have enough money before entering.
- As we have mentioned before, only 27 Pokemon variocolor are available in the game, and each one resides in a different dungeon, although not all locations are currently known. This is the list that has been shared with the locations known so far (in English):
Aipom – Solar Cave
Altaria
Ambipom – Great Canyon
Ampharos – Sinister Woods
