A few months ago, the launch of Little Witch Nobeta took place on computers after months of being in early access by the studio of Pupuya Games. Suddenly, it became one of my favorite indie games, not so much because of its high difficulty or its fun gameplay, but because of the charisma that emanated from all its pores. What a surprise I was when I found out that now, in a few weeks, it will arrive at Nintendo Switch localized into Spanish thanks to Idea Factory y Reef Entertainment, and that I have had the opportunity to play this new version! So without further ado, we tell you more about this curious game

A great little witch

Little Witch Nobeta has been located for Spanish territory as “To the witch Nobeta”, so from now on we will refer to the game like this. As for its premise, the story leads us to embody (forgive me redundancy) the little Nobeta, an amnesiac little witch who enters a mysterious castle with the aim of discovering who she really is. Throughout her journey she will face very dangerous monsterswill solve puzzles and will be guided by a nice kitty of not too many words.

The idea of ​​an almost defenseless being, who is learning and becoming more powerful together with you, in front of you. a daunting challenge (a castle full of traps, enemies, and ferocious bosses) is a big part of the appeal of At the witch Nobeta

The gameplay is what we could expect from this style of titles: we move around the castle facing battles in real time in which we can attack both melee with our cane as at a distance with our magic. As the title progresses, we will go unlocking new types of magic That will allow us deal more damage and solve puzzles

We’ve only had a couple of hours with this version of The Nobeta Witch for Nintendo Switch, but the experience is still the same as we had in its day in its early access for computers. This is a very enjoyable game, with a visual section very faithful to the anime and a very successful atmosphere.
