Japanese developer Inti Creates (known for series such as Mega Man Zero and Azure Striker Gunvolt) today announced a new 2D side-scrolling action game called Umbraclaw.
It is currently “deep in development” and is the latest game from Blaster Master Zero director Satoru Nishizawa. You will take control of a cat that is trapped in the afterlife and must break the cycle of death and rebirth.
Find hope in death. Umbraclaw is a 2D side-scrolling action game that follows the perilous journey of Kuon, a cat that has died and must return home to its owner from the underworld known as the Soulplane.
Kuon can use the “Anima Revive” power to gain abilities from various animals. These abilities granted by Anima Revive will be crucial in overcoming the obstacles that Kuon will face on his way.
The latest game from Blaster Master Zero director Satoru Nishizawa, Umbraclaw is a challenging game that proves cats aren’t just cute, they’re cool. Darkly colored but vivid graphics will drag you into the world of fantastic stories.
Will Kuon be able to break through the border to return home safely…?
