Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
After knowing some details that you could have overlooked and the meaning of the writings in the new trailer, we have now been able to learn that one of the voice actors present in Breath of the Wild does not seem to return in this installment. This interview with YouTube channel KIWI TALKZ, Sean Chiplock, the voice of Revali, the Deku Tree and Teba in the first game, he has hinted that he will not be in the sequel.
These have been his words:
I never played Breath of the Wild, I didn’t touch it at all! I bought the Master Edition. I got my hands on the latest, largest limited edition version you could own and it sat unopened in my bedroom for two years before I finally opened it to give away some of the bonus stuff to a friend who would make better use of it. That’s because of who I am, how open Breath of the Wild is, the fact that there’s like 120 shrines, most of which I don’t need to do to complete the story, like I’m someone who has to do a game if you want to finish it.
With Breath of the Wild, if I stopped playing for more than three days, I’d forget about it. He would forget where he was, what he was doing, how much he had already completed, it’s too much. Now, Age of Cataclysm I played it all the time and I even streamed it, so yeah, I’m excited for Tears of the Kingdom, I’m happy for the people who have been waiting so long. Stay tuned for the videos to be informed about what happens in case any of my characters return; I still have no idea if that will happen.
As you can see, it seems do not know if those characters return, but the fact is that he could return with another voice actor or that Chiplock himself cannot reveal more information. We will have to pay attention to more details.
What do you think? Do not hesitate to leave it in the comments. Remember that the game will launch on May 12, 2023. This is the only thing Nintendo shares about this installment:
