Jack Black, who plays the mighty Bowser in the Super Mario Bros. movie, said he would like the second movie to be a musical called Bowser’s Revenge. Speaking about the sequel to the wildly popular original animated film, Black said he was ready and looking forward to it, but was met with “radio silence”.
As for a potential sequel, Black has put a lot of thought into what it might look like, including a possible title he’s suggesting — “Bowser’s Revenge.” He even talks about how it might be structured: “I think it should be a full-on musical, like what Todd Phillips is reportedly doing with ‘Joker 2.'”
