Japanese news site The Nikkei reported that the Nintendo Switch had its best June ever in 2023. This was helped in large part by The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, which received praise from critics across the board along with new announcements during the Nintendo Direct presentation of that month. The Nintendo Switch family of systems managed to shift 380K units in the land of the rising sun that month, up 68% from June 2022.
