The latest Japanese boxed software and hardware charts have come through from Famitsu for the week of 8th November to 14th November. The best-selling video game this week was Shin Megami Tensei V for the Nintendo Switch system which sold an impressive 143,247 physical copies in its launch week, which will please both SEGA and Atlus. The new Dragon Quest X expansion titled Dragon Quest X: Tensei no Eiyuu-tachi Online, sold a combined 34,493 units across the PlayStation 4 and Switch. Talking of the Nintendo Switch, it was once again the best-selling system in Japan selling 87,267 units, while the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S consoles continue to face global stock shortages.
