You may recall that the 2024 Splatoon 3 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe World Championship, originally scheduled for Nintendo Live 2024 in Tokyo, has been postponed until this week. Fortunately, both events went off without a hitch this time. In fact, earlier today, the winners were officially crowned.
The Splatoon 3 World Champions are Team Jackpot from the United States. As for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe’s World Champions, that honor went to Team Purple from Japan. Nintendo of Europe posted tweets showing the award ceremonies for both, so if you’d like, you can see both below.
