Japanese sales tracker Famitsu has revealed the best-selling boxed video game in the Land of the Rising Sun during 2023. The critically acclaimed The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom leads the way, and you can see from the top ten below that the best-selling games were all on the Nintendo Switch family of systems. Famitsu reports that $3 billion was spent on boxed games and hardware in Japan last year. The best-selling Nintendo Switch model was the Nintendo Switch (OLED model)
