My opinion of the 1993 film has definitely changed. I just got back from New York and Baltimore Comic-Con and a lot of people are big fans of Super Mario Bros. There were so many people dressed up as Luigi and Mario, they even brought their DVDs and VHS of the movie for me to sign. That has made me think that there is a lot of love for this film, which has softened my heart.
