Much of Koei Tecmo’s success over the past decade has been the result of games they’ve collaborated on with other companies. For example, they collaborated with Nintendo to release Hyrule Warriors, Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity, Fire Emblem Warriors, and Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes. So, curiosity has arisen as to whether the company plans to continue with this.
Well, we have the answer via Koei Tecmo’s latest financial results report. You see, the investor mentioned that collaborative games have become less common lately. When asked if anything happened, Koei Tecmo said that “our policies and resources remain the same and we will continue to cooperate. There were no special changes in the business environment, including acquisitions of new projects”.
