There’s sure to be hype for a second pack of games Metal Gear Solid. We are talking about the recent compilation confirmed in its original announcement for Nintendo Switch. After the previous version, we also received statements about a hypothetical volume 2.
We’re sure you’ll remember some hints that pointed to Vol. 2, as placeholders for Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots, Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, and V: The Phantom Pain were shown on the official website. Now we have more clues in this regard.
Konami has confirmed its plans to create a Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 2but they are still deciding which titles to include. Here is what they share:
- Current difficulties:
- Not all titles have pre-existing HD ports, which makes selection difficult.
- Some HD games would be very large, which presents additional problems.
- There is still no clarity on:
- The lineup of games.
- Development time and release date.
- They assure that there will be a Vol. 2since the first one was called Vol. 1.
- The goal is to avoid the problems of the Vol. 1 release, but they ask for time to plan it properly.
