Konami Digital Entertainment recently filed a trademark for Project Zircon in Japan and the name Zircon appears to be related to Castlevania as Zircon appears as a gem in the classic video game series. The trademark was filed on March 7 in Japan. Konami teased at the beginning of the year that they have many new video game projects and that new developments of famous series are in the works, so we hope that the new Castlevania project is one of them.
