Today, Level-5 released new artwork and a video for Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road of Heroes. The video focuses on the soccer RPG elements, along with special powerful moves. Level-5 promises to share more information in February, including a preview of Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road of Heroes story, characters and more. Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road of Heroes was originally announced for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and iOS & Android back in 2016. It is now slated for a 2023 release.
“While I was creating the script for Megaton Musashi, I thought the cast storytelling structure was great for games and anime with a large number of characters,” said LEVEL-5 CEO Akihiro Hino. “So for this Inazuma Eleven, we reconstructed the story to simultaneously show the rise of protagonist Unmei from the bottom to success and the agony of those already at the top from different perspectives.”
