Moments later, the M2 model announced that it had acquired the rights to bring dozens of classic Toaplan shooters home. Toaplan – famous for striking hits Hellfire, Zero Wing and Snow Bros. – rolled in the mid-& # 39; 90s but would exacerbate Cave and Raising, and other shooter companies.
M2 plans to bring the rest of the Toaplan title – except The Mahjong sisters and Enma Daiō – consoles as part of its M2 Shot Trigger x Toaplan series, and have now revealed the first few games. Soon, we will be able to play Twin Cobra (1987), Flying Shark (1987), Outside the Area (1990) and – perhaps the most entertaining – Truxton 2, know also as Tatsujin Ō in Japan.
This 1992 Blast is considered something of a genre but was only targeted at Eagle Cities. That version – which was completely unlike the arcade – is now changing hands for over a thousand dollars in the secondary market, more often, and the original Arcade PCB is also more expensive these days.
M2 has not yet confirmed what the titles will be, but given that it has opted to support the switch with Toaplan EsP.Ra.De Psi
No release date has been confirmed, either, but M2 has revealed it's new-shooter Senjin it will make Japanese calls later this year.
