Believe it or not, Super Mario Run is still getting support from Nintendo. The mobile game may have launched almost ten years ago, but Nintendo has still been giving the game some updates. New content was added to the game even last year, and the game was updated only in March of this year.
Well, it’s not an update, but there are more things to do in the game. Mario & Luigi: Brotherhood was released on Nintendo Switch yesterday, so Nintendo is celebrating the occasion with an event available in Super Mario Run that allows fans to complete Mario & Luigi: Brotherhood themed missions. The event ends on December 18. You can see Nintendo of America’s social media post below.
To celebrate liberation #MarioLuigi: Brotherhood, a themed mission event is happening in the Super Mario Run app! Complete missions during the active period and get statues of Mario, Luigi and their new friends in the game! Event ends December 18th at 11:00 PM PT.https://t.co/FYJA2JNSEN pic.twitter.com/yQXQkCBCly
