Little by little we are getting to know interesting content related to Metroid Dread. In this case, it is a really interesting message for fans of the game from the producer Yoshio Sakamoto.
In a recent meeting with Famitsu, he shared what fans can expect from the series going forward. Apparently, this installment marks the end of the story arc of the destinies of Samus Aran and the Metroids
These have been his statements:
This is the final chapter, the series so far has explained a kind of strange and hostile fate and relationship between the Metroids and Samus, but when it comes to this story, this game is the end. But that doesn’t mean the end of the Metroid series. I don’t think you want it, and neither do we, so I hope you’re looking forward to what comes as a new episode in the future.
