Here comes an interesting message related to one of the most prominent games in the New Nintendo 3DS catalog. We are talking in this case of Xenoblade Chronicles 3D.
In the text that we leave you below, we can know that Monster Games, the company Nintendo last collaborated with on this handheld game, was recently acquired by iRacing Motorsport Simulations. This makes sense, as Monster Games also specialized in these kinds of sports simulation games, with prominent Wii releases such as Excite Truck y Excitebots.
This acquisition ensures that the studio will continue to work on console games, although we do not know if it will do so alongside Nintendo in the future. They haven’t collaborated since Xenoblade Chronicles 3D. We leave you with a message from the president and owner of the studio, Rich García:
I am very excited for the future of Monster Games and iRacing… Our studios will really complement each other and I look forward to seeing positive impacts on both products. Having the tools and resources now, and frankly time, to build these games and do it with the leading racing simulation company on the market is beyond exciting for me. I really want to start working!
