XSEED Games have announced that the recently released Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town for the Nintendo Switch is the fastest-selling XSEED published title of all-time in North America. The chilled farming sim has sold over 200,000 units in North America. The company managed to achieve this milestone within two months. This has seen the latest game break the record previously held by Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town. The latter game took five months to reach 200,000 units sold before continuing on to reach a new sales milestone of over 250,000 units sold on Nintendo Switch in North America from its debut last July.
