From Twitter we get a new and interesting video of one of the most promising projects of the moment among fans of The Witcher. This has been published recently by Netflix.
In the scenes shown by the short, we can see more minutes of the second season, starring some of the scenes that we can enjoy when it is released December 17 2021 on Netflix. It only lasts a few seconds, but interesting details seem to be showing.
Specifically, the video is presented by the showrunner Lauren Schmidt Hissric, who informs us that the first chapter of the second season focuses on “A Grain of Truth” and “its worst kept secret.” We leave you with his words that we have been able to know through IGN, since the video is in English:
It’s the perfect start to the second season. It is the story of a father and daughter who come together in a place that does not feel safe for them. We will see Nivellen, who is played by the incomparable Kristofer Hivju. We get to explore his character and his backstory with Geralt. It’s about the secrets we hide from each other and the monsters that we are inside sometimes.
THE WITCHER Season 2 premiere episode is adapting the Andrzej Sapkowski short story A Grain of Truth. Here’s what you need to know about how @TheHissrich is bringing the beloved Witcher tale to life with Geralt and Ciri. pic.twitter.com/Y0J11I3UMx
