Recently the developer NetherRealm Studios revealed his upcoming plans for his popular combat series, Mortal Kombat, with the announcement of DLC content Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath.
One of the revelations was the inclusion of RoboCop as a playable character. The game's lead artist, Brendan George, confirmed in a new blog post that the developer interviewed the movies' actor himself, Peter Weller, to collect as much information on the character as possible. The company also took the artist on a round of scanners and recordings to extract as much detail as possible.
The blog also confirms that RoboCop will have multiple costumes in-game, including the gray suit from the original movie and a variant inspired by Mortal Kombat 3.
