Today, The Pokémon Company International unveiled a bevy of new Holiday themed seasonal updates for Pokémon UNITE, including the all-new Snowball Battle in Shivre City event. Filled with in-game challenges and surprises, this new event starts December 15, 2021 and lasts until January 16, 2022.

- Snowball Battle in Shivre City: December 15, 2021 – January 16, 2022
- Illumination Challenge: December 15, 2021 – January 16, 2022
- New Playable Pokémon—Dragonite: December 20, 2021
- Log-In Bonus Challenge: December 24, 2021 – January 1, 2022
- Photo Challenge: December 24, 2021 – January 6, 2022
- Pokémon UNITE Competitive Circuit: Starting in 2022
- Additional Languages Supported: Starting January 2022
