Today sees a new launch Kickstarter campaign because Necromancer sword, the action-crawling-RPG in the hope of getting it out on the switch.
The game itself revolves around a mechanic that lets you activate your defeated enemies to make them fight alongside you. You will be using this power – given to you by the key Necromancer Sword – to assemble an army, equip yourself with weapons and pieces, and take on the attackers standing between you and your target.
Curiously, the game promises to use a criminalized IR camera that can be found on Joy-Con's switchch right. You will be able to find objects, weapons, and monsters by scanning special codes, actually working just as amiibo does in similar games Zelda: Breathing in Wildlife.
You will be able to access these IR codes by purchasing physical collecting cards or for free future media distribution. If you're playing on Switch Lite without a camera, you can use the smartphone app or enter codes manually.
Game Features:
– Turn your enemies into an alliance: Use the Necromancer Sword to revive defeated monsters and have them fight alongside you.
– Combine weapons and backdrops: each weapon is unique because of the weapon protection system, which gives them different effects and characteristics.
– Fight your best: defeat your enemies using weapons and a variety of items and dominate the fluidity of the head-to-head system.
– Level: improve your character by fighting enemies and improving your stats. Upgrade your named monsters by fighting alongside them.
– Death is not the end: Each try brings you closer to the Necromancer. You will lose all your weapons and monsters, but will keep you half the level you gained in your race. Also, you can choose to get out of the pit at times, losing all your progress but keeping all your equipment.
– Learn the truth: Discover the past of Tama and Koko as you go through the hole.
– Local play-op: Use Flask of Homunculus to create a copy of a playable character and play with a friend in a local co-op game.
If you are passionate about the project, be sure to see the Kickstarter page here. The game is already in the "advanced stage of development" and hopes to raise € 15,000 just to push it.
